Digant Patel has led complex regulatory projects, showing that he is very good at putting in place and managing rules like FINRA/ESMA. In this role, he worked with business and technology stakeholders to meet the regulatory requirements in the US and Europe. He knows a lot about FINRA rules, such as FINRA OATS, which includes Submission, Rejections (Context/Syntax), and mismatches, Electronic Bluesheets, ACT, MSI 605/606, and LOPR reporting. During his time in finance, he worked for companies like Chase, Citi, Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank, and Lazard Asset Management, which are all well-known. In 2004, he started working for Chase as a Data Warehouse Architect. In this job, he was in charge of setting up a Sales MIS Data Warehouse, which was needed to improve the business intelligence reporting at the company.

Digant R. Patel then worked for more than six years at Citi, where he moved up quickly and learned how to manage regulatory projects like OATS and MSI 605/606. As part of a team from different departments, he put in place governance and control measures. He also gave technical suggestions and an architectural vision that put the right amount of emphasis on performance, security, control, and longevity in order to build long-term solutions for reporting.

Patel was the Sr. Project Manager and Vice President at Barclays Investment Bank from 2010 to 2016. He oversaw a number of regulatory projects for FINRA Regulation, such as Electronic Bluesheets, OATS (Order Audit Trail System), MSI 605/606, LOPR, ACT, RegNMS, Large trader, Surveillance and Supervisory reporting, CAT, and Large trader, Surveillance and Supervisory reporting (Consolidated Audit Trail). He had many important jobs, but one of the most important was to change the way the financial institution handled projects. He also made and put into action a plan to make workflows more efficient to meet market needs.

Digant Patel worked at Deutsche Bank as a Sr. Project Manager/Sr. Vice President from 2016 to 2019. During this time, he learned how to manage multiple regulatory projects for MiFID (European) FIN Regulation, such as Trade & Transaction Reporting, Article 59 Client Reporting, Best Executions РRTS 27 & RTS 28, Cost & Charges, and FIRD (Financial Reference Data) Reporting. In this role, among other things, he helped with Sprint planning, estimation, and demos. Patel kept up his reputation as one of the best Agile development experts in New York as a Sr. Product Owner, Sr. Scrum Master, and Vice President at Lazard Asset Management.

Patel is currently offering a reporting platform that helps small and medium-sized financial institutions keep up with the latest rules from FINRA, ESMA, and the SEC. He promises to give end users better knowledge that makes it easier to get information about products and shows that the price is fair.

Patel knows how important it is to keep work goals and personal goals in balance. He makes time to do things he loves, like gardening, running, and helping people. As a result, he has run many 5K and marathon races to raise money for good causes.

He got his Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey. He got his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bhavnagar University in Gujarat, India.
